Bridal FAQ
+ What is your Bridal policy?
A minimum of 5 people getting makeup and hair or equivalent to 10 bridal party services is required to travel on location. For example 5 people getting makeup and hair = 10 services or price equivalent. Or book 10 makeups, or 10 hairstyles, or mix and match. Minimum 5 services per artist, equales to 5 hrs glam time. More than 10 services: 5-6 hour of glam time and most likely done at an Airbnb or hotel. Minimum 6 services per artists for big parties. Restriction on travel radius. The farther your venue is the higher requested as minimum.
If the minimum is not reach, we can host you and your party at either one of our studios: North Dallas or University Park.
Early ceremony = early finish time = early glam start = early morning fee
The products we use are highend and luxury like Sephora and professional brands you find in Makeup Artists stores.
No matter the size of your wedding or ceremony, any bride is under this rate. We appreciate your honesty.
A travel fee will apply for wedding parties outside our studios. Please fill in our contact form for an exact quote.
Please consider an extended travel fee if your venue is in the outskirts of DFW Metroplex or Ft. Worth and beyond area. Restrictions apply.

+ Is a Bridal trial a must?
We highly recommend a trial run before the wedding. This is the time to choose wedding the exact look you want, so that on your day, it can be mastered and applied efficiently. A trial run also gives you the chance to photograph yourself in the makeup look and see how you feel! Trial appointments are booked like any other appointment and are not included in wedding package or on Bridal contracts. Family members trials are booked as another separate appointment. Our prices do not include trial.

+ How can I book my wedding date?
1.Please fill in the contact form to know about your wedding details.
2.Receive a quote within 24 hrs or less.
3.Approve quote or make time / services adjustements. Consult your planner or photographer.
4.When you are ready to book confirm timeline and services headcount.
5.We send a contract and timeline with your details.
6.A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is required in order to reserve your date and time. All deposits are due within the first week of planning scheduling services. Otherwise date and hours are not guarantee. Deposits for reservations cancelled are not refundable. Deposit and balance are single amounts, we do not collect payment from bridesmaids individually. Payment options on contract.
The reservation(s) will be cancelled if payment and the signed contract are not received on time. We work on a first paid, first serve basis. Sent contract does not guarantee saved date.

7.Book your trial in studio: North Dallas or University Park.
+ Will the same artist doing my trial be doing my wedding?
Once you secure your date, absolutely! The same artist who does your trial will be there to do your makeup and hair on your wedding day. This ensures consistency and gives you peace of mind, knowing you'll get the exact look you loved during your trial. Our goal is to make you feel confident and beautiful, both during your trial and on your special day. Unless an extreme & unfortunate situation or emergency happens the artist will be replaced by an exact highly skilled bridal artist and glam notes from the trial on file along with photos will be used to execute the exact look. It has never happenned before, thank God. *Trial without deposit can result on losing your trial artist.
+ Do you travel con location and is there an additional cost?

We do not travel for a single bride Thursday-Sunday.
On location convenience fee starts at $ 100. Restrictions may apply. Parking / valet ticket not included.
Please consider an extended travel fee if your venue / location is in the outskirts of DFW Metroplex, Ft. Worth, and beyond.
Location of service for the day-of-event requirements for the makeup artist / hairstylist need to complete the makeup applications and / or hairstylin: A “set up” table/work area needs to be available for the makeup artist / hairstylist at said location. Even though we bring our travel light; ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly, if not, please advised with time.
If the location is at a hotel, valet fees are incurred; the amount will be included with the final bill or charged to your hotel room.
Please arrive for your services on time. Please consider our guests who may be scheduled after you. Please arrive for your appointment on location with dry, clean hair and clean face, wearing a button down shirt is suggested, HAIR BLOW DRIES WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE SERVICE. There is an extra charge if a client has extra-long, thick, voluminous hair. Please advise us ahead if this applies to you or your guests.
Makeup and / or Hairstyling will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup / hair time. Ample time is given to each makeup / hair upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup / hair application by client is acknowledgment by client that makeup / hair is done to her satisfaction.
+ How early can we start getting ready?
As early as you need it. Consider early morning fee $50. Rate per artist per hour before 8 am start time. We know you do not want to get up that early, and neither do we...consider your makeup artist wakes up 2 hours before start time to drive to your location. This is an add on for any parties which start before 8 am. So if your ceremony is at 12pm, you are in a time crunch, or have to be ready before noon, consider early fee.
+ Are touch ups included?
If you wish to have us stay throughout your ceremony/event with unlimited touch ups. $100 per artist per hour. Consider a travel fee if touch ups are done in a different location from original get ready place. Look change included if desired.
+ I have a big bridal party, can you handle it?
Absolutely! We specialize in accommodating large bridal parties. To ensure everyone gets the attention and time they deserve, we bring in extra assistants for larger groups. There is an additional fee for these assistants, ensuring we can deliver flawless makeup and hairstyling for your entire bridal party efficiently and beautifully. Let us make your special day perfect for everyone involved!
+ Why is the trial the same as wedding day?
I may seem is the same, but let´s do girl math...trial takes 3 hours so $300 / 3 = $100 per hour...on wedding day it will take 2 hours so $300 / 2 = $150 per hour.
During the bridal trial, the makeup artist and hairstylist dedicate the more amount of time as they would on the wedding day. This includes consultation, testing different looks, and making adjustments to ensure that the final result is exactly what the bride envisions. The process is more time-consuming than wedding day itself.
The bridal trial is an essential part of the preparation process, allowing the artist to perfect the bride’s look. The same level of professional skill and expertise, high-quality products, and precision is applied during the trial as it will be on the wedding day to ensure consistency.
+ Do you work with all different hair textures?
Yes! We work with all hair textures, wigs, hair pieces, and a variety of extensions. We love a good natural curly updo and we know how to give Grandmas a Va va voom hair. We send a morning makeup and hair prep guide for you and your girls.
+ Do you work with all different skin tones?
Yes! We are an all inclusive team of highly trained Professional Makeup Artists. You bring the girls and we bring the glam. Check our social media and gallery to find a variety of skin tones, skin types, and ages.
Studio FAQ
+ How can I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean face and free from mascara. We prefer a light moisturizer before your appointment. Please heavy moisturize days prior your event to help the makeup glide better. Please arrive for your services on time. Please consider our guests who may be scheduled after you. We also recommend you exfoliate days before. We also suggest brow waxing prior your appointment. Dermaplanning is suggested too.
+ How is hairstyling priced?
Pricing will be charge per hour if styling and / or extra hair takes more than 1 hour. Price depends on hair length, intricate design, thickness, tease, volume, curls setting, extension styling, and placement. There is an extra charge if a client has extra-long, thick, voluminous hair. We do not provide extensions. Extension placement and styling $20 single halo hair weft - $50 for full pack.
+ Do I need to bring my own makeup?
We are a professional makeup studio with the highest standards in impeccable makeup application and sanitation. Our makeup kit has everything we need to create magic. We are able to match any skin tone and work with any makeup product. Be sure that your glam is in great hands with high end products. You can bring your favorite lipstick.
+ Do you wash hair at the studio?
We do not wash hair at the studio. We just style dry hair as desired. For up dos and curls we recommend arriving with one day dirty hair, air dry or blow dried, because hair has more grip. If you would like to do a round brush blow dry, you can arrive with wet hair or clean hair and we wet each section.
+ Are lashes included?
Yes, lashes are included on all of our makeup applications. We have several styles to choose from to fit your eyeshape, personality, glam, and style. We´ve got you! We´ll never charge for lashes; luxury lashes included too.
+ I’m not a bride, Can I book a trial of my event makeup?
You can definitely book a trial to test out how your makeup and hair will look for your WOW moment. Please bring inspo makeup pics of your desired look, a picture of your dress, and we’ll go from there. Trial appointments are booked as an additional service and are not included in our pricing. Trials are available for anyone receiving services on wedding day and are the same price as their makeup application.
+ Can I book before opening hours or after hours?
Our studio is open from 8am-6pm, Monday to Sunday. If you need an appointment before before 8 am or after 6pm, an after-hours fee will apply. The fee starts at $50 per hour before opening / after closing on weekdays and $75 for Saturdays and Sundays.
+ What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
Please arrive on time for your appointment and consider our guests who may be scheduled after you so we can keep a timely schedule for all our clients. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for 10 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time or is schedule makeup exceeds allotted time because of client´s delays like pausing for phone calls. Artist will state the times late fees will begin and the amount charged and will be approved by client. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment after 10 minutes late even if you call to let us know you are going to be late. Your makeup appointment is a pamper session for you, we do not want to rush your gorgeous makeup and make the next client late. Please arrive on time and plan your parking.
+ What is the cancellation policy?
Appointment deposit is nonrefundable. No rescheduling. Upon a no-show, your deposit is considered a No-show fee. Cancelled appointments can not be reschedule.
+ How can I secure my appointment?
A non-refundable non transferable booking fee $25 is required for appointments (except bridal contract) at the time of scheduling to confirm and save your appointment. Deposit is due the day of your request. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your makeup and / or hair appointment.
+ What happens if I didn't make my deposit before my appointment?
Appointments without a deposit will be change without notice and be cancelled by the end of the day of scheduling. Once you paid the deposit please confirm on your preferred way of contact. We require 1 deposit per client.
+ How far in advance can I book my appointment?
The sooner the better. It’s best to schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible. You might be surprised at how quickly our calendars fill up and the most demanded times of the day get booked pretty fast, specially on wedding season.
+ Do you take walk-ins?
We do not take walk-ins. We work by appointments 24 hrs at least in advanced.
+ Do you work with Black American skin?

+ Do you work with Asian clients and monolid eyes?

+ What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. No checks.
+ Do you offer military discounts or any kind of discount?
We do not offer discounts or run promotions for our valued clients. We strive to provide exceptional service and quality makeup and hair artistry at competitive rates for all our customers of any group size.
